Room towards road, get's very loud in the morning. Side effect: dangerous exit of the parking lot onto the road.

The rooms they have were spotless and new-fashioned with awesome breakfast and overlooking the gardens. Location: the hotel was close to the Francazal airport, France for the Euro's and a family holiday and supermarket. And it was relatively close to Pho Saigon, ate there couple of times...

Located in Toulouse West district just next door to the city center and supermarket. The staff are lovely and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Nice accommodation good reception staff easy access to routes into and out of toulouse. Breakfast not cheap but looked good. Only bakery open sunday. Pool reasonable. Would stay here again if visiting toulouse or passing thro

Suburban but better than staying in the centre pool available and quieter than innner city. Nice staff

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Location adjacent to Toulouse airport, the bustling centre of Toulouse and France for the Euro's and a family holiday. Had terrific service.

The room was perfectly clean and had a bathroom, the staff were nice, and the location was particularly good.

A lovely comfortable hotel with quiet room, nice to have the kitchen facilities.

The rooms had strong cigarette smells even though we had asked for non smoking. When I asked for a late check out on Saturday ( there were almost no guests ) I was advised that that was not possible as the maid came at 1200 and the office closed at 1300!! I was left to sit by the pool for 4 hours with no access to toilets.

The hotel was quiet and modern, making our stay really enjoyable. the service was good, and there was parking available on-site. the location was quiet, and the staff members were competent. there was a lovely restaurant within walking distance from the venue.

The only thing I didn't like about the room, is the noise caused by the appliances, refrigerator, transformers, AC, etc...)

Well-equipped kitchenette and terrace for self-catering. Gracious welcome despite early arrival. Comfortable beds and good TV. Efficient taxi service to the airport. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in Toulouse suburb. The location is convenient for those who travel around France with family and needs a short 1-2 days stay for exploring small French towns. We booked two rooms for 5 adults. The rooms were clean and spacious, all necessary utilities were at our disposal. Beds were extremely comfortable, which was important for us after having walked many hours.

The only concern about the hotel room we stayed in is that there was a strong cigarette smell there.

Good location for our purpose. Hotel was excellent and clean staff v helpfull would recommened the hotel to anybody ,would use again
